Every single person on this planet can be inspired to do great things. If you build a culture on trust, it can lead to amazing results. By tapping into each person’s uniqueness and intrinsic motivation, an environment can be created to allow people to thrive.
Currently, I am a middle school science teacher. Before teaching, I spent five years doing chemistry work in the labeling industry. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Zoology from UW-Madison and a Master’s of Arts in Teaching from National Louis. I have worked with school districts on healthy culture, classroom management, NGSS implementation, standards-based learning, project-based learning, and personalized learning. In my classroom, the focus is put on students becoming scientists themselves and bringing real-world science to life.
If you are interested having me work with your classroom, organization, school, district, or company, please contact me for more information.
